The eBreathie’s concept was born in 2020 during the post-graduation of Ana Rita Constante, a paediatrician who has close contact with patients’ difficulties in managing their asthma. The idea had taken form and rapidly started to win recognition in the field of healthcare and technology. Ana Filipa Rebelo, a Biomedical Engineer, and Ana Rita Rebelo, a Computer Science Engineer, soon joined the team to bring this project to life and implement both the hardware and software. These are the three founders of eBreathie, a startup founded in 2021.
